BRITISH GRAND PRIX TELEGRAM COMPETITION
This competition (the “Competition”) is operated by High Performance Life Ltd whose registered office is at 5 – 11 Regent Street Ground Floor, Charles House, London, United Kingdom, SW1Y 4LR (“High Performance”). This Competition starts at 5pm on Monday 13th June 2022 GMT (the “Start Date”) and ends at 6pm on Wednesday 22nd June (the “End Date”) (together the “Competition Period”).
By entering the Competition, you agree that your personal data will be used by High Performance to complete the Competition. If you win the Competition, you agree that your personal data will be used to announce you as the winner. Any personal data collected by High Performance will be processed in accordance with High Performance’s privacy policy.
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram or any other social media channel, nor is Instagram or any other social media channel associated with this Competition in any way. Eligibility
To be eligible to enter the Competition, participants must:
be 18 years or over;
be a UK resident;
have a valid Instagram or Twitter account during the Competition Period and at the Winner Announcement Date (defined below) and access to the internet;
Employees of High Performance are not eligible for entry into this Competition. Any third parties involved in the preparation and/or performance of this Competition are also not eligible.
How to Enter the Competition
To enter the Competition, a participant must:
(i) subscribe to the High Performance Telegram, answer a question by Wednesday 22nd June at 6pm
No purchase necessary.
How the Competition Works
The Competition closes on the End Date. Any entries made in accordance with the Competition must be submitted during the Competition Period. Any entries made after the End Date shall be deemed invalid and therefore not considered.
Prize
One winner will win two tickets to the British Grand Prix Saturday qualifying hospitality tickets . (“Prize”). The Prize is not transferable and has no cash alternative. No travel or hotel expenses are covered.
How a Winner is Selected
One winner will be selected from all of the valid entries. The winner will be chosen at random using a random number generator.
The selected winner will be contacted via email within 24 hours of the Winner Announcement Date to confirm delivery details for the Prize and will need to provide an email address in order to receive the tickets via email.
All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner but if a Prize is declined or unclaimed by the winner, or if the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond, for whatever reason, within 72 hours of being contacted then a replacement winner will be randomly selected, using a random number generator, and will be notified on the same terms. The original winner and their entry will then be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
High Performance will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, delayed in transit regardless of cause, including but not limited to, equipment failure, technical malfunction, network and computer hardware or software failure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, High Performance will not under any circumstances be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by High Performance’s negligence. A participant’s statutory rights are not affected.
High Performance’s rights
High Performance reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Competition if, acting reasonably, the Competition cannot be conducted as specified.
High Performance reserves the right to substitute a Prize for another Prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
You agree that High Performance may make your entry available on its website (www.thehighperformancepodcast.com) and/or on its social media channels.
Governing Law
Any dispute arising from, or related to, these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales, and shall be heard in the courts of England.
